Business use case
- Family Offices: The principal investor brings in the CFO or family members to co-manage a private equity investment, ensuring everyone has the latest deal documents and can execute signatures as needed.
- Co-Founded Ventures: Startup co-founders share governance documents and cap table updates, avoiding bottlenecks when one founder is unavailable.
- Multi-Advisor Firms: Wealth managers delegate access to legal counsel or compliance officers, who review and sign agreements without requiring the primary user’s intervention.
Why it’s helpful
- Collaborative Investment: Multiple stakeholders work in parallel, reducing turnaround times on document reviews and signatures.
- Granular Control: Role-based permissions ensure users only see and act on what’s relevant to them, maintaining data security.
- End-to-End Transparency: Comprehensive audit logs capture every action, aiding compliance and simplifying internal or external audits.
- Dynamic Access: Administrators can add or remove users and tweak permissions in real time, adapting to changing team structures or project phases.
How it can help you
- Accelerate Deal Execution: By empowering authorized users to sign and manage documents independently, deals close faster, and funding can be deployed without delays.
- Reduce Operational Overhead: Centralized user management eliminates back-and-forth emails and manual tracking of who has signed what.
- Strengthen Governance: Audit trails and permission logs provide a clear record of accountability, reinforcing trust among co-investors and regulators.
- Scale Collaboration: Whether you’re a two-person partnership or a 50-member family office, the system scales to accommodate any group size, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
Practical Outcome: Seamless, secure collaboration across your investment team—enabling co-owners and authorized users to view, sign, and manage deals without friction.
