Step 1: Access the Cap Table Module
- Log in to your Liquidity.io issuer dashboard.
- Navigate to the Cap Table Management section (Powered by Equitable).
Step 2: Create a New Asset
- Click “Create Asset” and follow these steps:

Select the asset category:

- Assign Ticker Symbol
Enter a unique ticker to identify your asset (e.g., LQDTY1, RE2025).
- Tokenization
Enable tokenization to create on-chain representations of the ownership units.

Enter total authorized units/shares and current issued shares.

Purpose
Entity Information
Legal entity name, jurisdiction, and structure.
Capitalization Details
Ownership breakdown, class of shares (common, preferred, etc.).
On-Chain Details
Blockchain type (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon), token standard (ERC-1400, ERC-20, etc.).
Smart Contract Address
Link to the deployed token contract for public verification.
Step 4: Save & Publish
- Review your entries.
