Issuers can showcase investment opportunities, share key financial details, and provide supporting documents—all in one place. This listing is what investors see when browsing the Marketplace.

How to Use the Asset Listing Feature

Step 1: Add Cover Media

• What to Do:
  Upload a hero image or introductory video to capture attention.
  This media appears at the top of the asset listing page.

Step 2: Provide Basic Info

• Calendly Link:
  Paste your Calendly scheduling link so interested investors can book calls.
  
  
• Location:
  Enter the property’s location and street address.
  
  
• Brochure Upload:
  Upload a brochure or pitch deck for investors to download directly.

Step 3: Fill in Asset Specifications

Go to the General Details section and enter:

• Property Type (e.g., Commercial, Residential, Mixed-use)
  
  
• Property Class (e.g., Class A, B, or C)
  
  
• Total Square Footage
  
  
• Year Built and Renovation Year
  
  
• Nearby Landmarks
  
  
• Risk Tier (Low, Medium, High)

Step 4: Tokenization Details

In the Blockchain Panel, enter:

• Token Standard (e.g., ERC-1400, ERC-20, etc.)
  
  
• Total Token Supply
  
  
• On-Chain Explorer Link (Provide a link where investors can verify the tokens on the blockchain)

Step 5: Add Performance Metrics

Enter the financial details that investors care about:

• Target IRR (Internal Rate of Return)
  
  
• Target Cash Yield
  
  
• Equity Multiple
  
  
• Net Operating Income (NOI)
  
  
• Closing Date
  
  
• Price per Token
  
  
• Investment Period (Duration of the investment, e.g., 3 years, 5 years)

Provide all necessary documents in one place:

Use the Rich Text Editor to add:
