5. How to Use It: Step-by-Step

Step 1: Access the Cap Table Module

• Log in to your Liquidity.io issuer dashboard.
  
  
• Navigate to the Cap Table Management section (Powered by Equitable).

Step 2: Create a New Asset

• Click “Create Asset” and follow these steps:

        Upload the logo for your asset or entity to personalize the dashboard.

• ‍Choose Asset Type

      Select the asset category:

        - Private Stock

        - Real Estate

        - Equipment Finance

         - Bonds

• ‍Assign Ticker Symbol

        Enter a unique ticker to identify your asset (e.g., LQDTY1, RE2025).

• ‍Tokenization

         Enable tokenization to create on-chain representations of the ownership units.

• ‍Define Ownership Units

        Enter total authorized units/shares and current issued shares.

Step 3: Add Additional Details

Additional Info

Purpose

Entity Information

Legal entity name, jurisdiction, and structure.

Capitalization Details

Ownership breakdown, class of shares (common, preferred, etc.).

On-Chain Details

Blockchain type (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon), token standard (ERC-1400, ERC-20, etc.).

Smart Contract Address

Link to the deployed token contract for public verification.

Step 4: Save & Publish

• Tokens are minted automatically (if enabled) and ownership records are updated on-chain.
